Feb ’09. This design was a collaboration with Tom Mills. We were asked to design something interesting as a smoking shelter to go out the front of the Jam st. café, Upper Chorlton rd, Manchester. This proposal was given to the council, who gave permission to build some weeks later, only to find that there was no money to make the shelter.
